I’m a counsellor, integrative therapist and founder of Mind Matters Monmouth. I’m also an accredited member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy).
Regular sessions with me can help you gain clarity around confusing patterns in your life, a greater understanding of what triggers strong emotion in you and a new-found sense of freedom and choice around how you would like your life to be.
As an integrative therapist I incorporate a wide range of different theories and techniques in my work. These include Psychodynamic, Person-Centred and Internal Family Systems Therapy approaches.
